MISSIONS
reaching the unreached
Our primary focus is the 1040 window, a rectangular region of the world that includes parts of North Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. It's named for its location between 10 and 40 degrees north latitude. The 10/40 Window is:
-- home to many people who have little or no access to the Christian gospel.
--known as "The Resistant Belt" because of its resistance to the gospel message.
-- characterized by severe poverty, religious persecution, and limited education and healthcare.

Unreached People Groups are groups among which there is no indigenous community of believing Christians with adequate numbers and resources to evangelize their own people without outside assistance.
Frontier People Groups are Unreached People Groups with virtually no followers of Jesus and no known movements, still needing pioneer cross-cultural workers.

Only a very small portion of mission prayer and resources go to Unreached People Groups (UPGs) at all, and only a tiny fraction of this goes to Frontier Unreached People Groups (FPGs).
